Hiruni is an emerging Sydney-based cinematographer and freelance camera assistant working on narrative, commercial and music video projects.

She studied at Australian Film Television and Radio School, graduating in 2023, where she received a merit-based Sony Women in Cinematography Scholarship in her final year of study. Her work has been streamed on SBS on Demand, as well as local Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane based festivals.

She’s often drawn toward projects that’s in need of a healthy dose of creative problem solving, especially those with a little experimental flair!
